Our Purpose
The purpose of Covenant Baptist Church is to glorify God by obediently making and equipping disciples of Christ, locally and throughout the world, by the power of the Spirit.
We employ four strategies to accomplish our purpose:
STRATEGY #1: CONGREGATIONAL WORSHIP
Congregational Worship: The church assembled to be strengthened by the preaching of the Word, to reinforce the faith through song, and to express congregational praise and worship to Christ, our Audience.
STRATEGY #2: SUNDAY SCHOOL/SMALL GROUPS
The church organized into Classes for all age groups:
First to equip and make disciples.
Secondly to evangelize the lost through these disciples.
Finally to provide fellowship to meet individual needs.
STRATEGY #3: PERSONALIZED, STRATEGIC WORLD MISSIONS MINISTRY
The entire local church family personally and strategically involved in local and world missions, mobilizing laborers, prayer, and finances to the end of glorifying God among all people.
STRATEGY #4: MEDIA OUTREACH
The church to produce online preaching, teaching and discipleship training.
First, to livestream and archive services for individuals who can't attend.
Second, to provide an archive of topical biblical training.
Third, to proclaim the gospel around the world.

The vision of Covenant Baptist Church - SC is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their lord and savior.
